Nationwide Peptides publishes third-party COAs from Freedom Diagnostics Testing, a laboratory used by several vendors PeptidePrices already rates highly. Each report covers purity by HPLC-UV and identity by LC-MS. PeptidePrices confirmed that the published documents are identical to the laboratory's own copies, which is stronger evidence than most vendors of this age provide.
Four published reports do record a failed identity test, and one records 76.11% purity. Those five products are still listed. The COA index shows purity but not identity, so a buyer checking the index will not see this.
PeptidePrices could not verify who runs the company or where it operates. The published address is a mailbox at a UPS Store. No independent customer record exists in either direction.

The COA library is public and holds 63 reports. Freedom Diagnostics Testing issues all of them. Each report covers purity by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS and net peptide content. PeptidePrices inspected three reports and confirmed each one against the laboratory's own public registry. The registry copies are identical to the vendor copies.

Across the published library, four reports state 'Identity: Failed'. P21 5mg and ARA-290 10mg show no analyte detected. ADAMAX 5mg returned retatrutide. AHK-CU 50mg returned GHK-Cu. A fifth report, AOD9604 5mg, shows 76.11% purity and 4.16 mg against a 5 mg label claim. All five products remain purchasable and PeptidePrices found no newer report for any of them.
