COA & lab verification

Public COA library at /coa/ with no login. 63 reports, all issued by Freedom Diagnostics Testing (client: National Science Labs, LLC) — a recognized third-party lab that also supplies COAs for several vendors rated highly on this site — covering HPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity and net peptide content. PeptidePrices verified three reports against the lab's own public registry, which is open and server-queryable: BPC-157 5mg (accession 2601230002, 98.824%), GLP-3R 5mg (2606100514, 99.70%) and BPC-157 10mg (2606300377, 99.34%, lot V4707523469). The lab-hosted PDFs are MD5-identical to the vendor-hosted copies, so those documents are not altered. GLP codenames were decoded from the molecular formula printed in each COA: GLP-1S = C187H291N45O59 = Semaglutide, GLP-2T = C225H348N48O68 = Tirzepatide, GLP-3R = C221H342N46O68 = Retatrutide. PeptidePrices reviewed the published library. ⚠️ Four COAs read 'Identity: Failed' and one reads 76.11% purity, and all five products remain on sale: P21 5mg (no analyte detected), ARA-290 10mg (no analyte detected), ADAMAX 5mg (LC-MS detected retatrutide), AHK-CU 50mg (LC-MS detected GHK-Cu) and AOD9604 5mg (76.11%, 4.16mg on a 5mg label). No superseding COA exists for any of them. The /coa/ index table shows Product, Purity, Batch and Test Date but has no Identity column, so AHK-CU 50mg appears there as a clean 99.69%. Four of the five are not on the index at all. ⚠️ 28 of 73 products have no COA, against an FAQ that claims a COA on every product page and a QR code that does not exist. ⚠️ The panel is purity, identity and net content only — no endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metals testing appears on any report, against an About page that claims endotoxin testing. Note the 'Nati' search-code prefix is the first four letters of the company name and is not unique to this vendor. PeptidePrices is an affiliate partner (10% commission, code peptideprices for 10% off) — disclosed per FTC; affiliate status does not influence the rating.

Our verdict on Nationwide Peptides

Nationwide Peptides publishes third-party COAs from Freedom Diagnostics Testing, a laboratory used by several vendors PeptidePrices already rates highly. Each report covers purity by HPLC-UV and identity by LC-MS. PeptidePrices confirmed that the published documents are identical to the laboratory's own copies, which is stronger evidence than most vendors of this age provide.

Four published reports do record a failed identity test, and one records 76.11% purity. Those five products are still listed. The COA index shows purity but not identity, so a buyer checking the index will not see this.

PeptidePrices could not verify who runs the company or where it operates. The published address is a mailbox at a UPS Store. No independent customer record exists in either direction.

More about Nationwide Peptides

Nationwide Peptides trades as NATIONAL SCIENCE LABS, LLC. The storefront has operated for about eight months. The domain was registered on 2025-10-22.

The COA library is public and holds 63 reports. Freedom Diagnostics Testing issues all of them. Each report covers purity by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS and net peptide content. PeptidePrices inspected three reports and confirmed each one against the laboratory's own public registry. The registry copies are identical to the vendor copies.

Across the published library, four reports state 'Identity: Failed'. P21 5mg and ARA-290 10mg show no analyte detected. ADAMAX 5mg returned retatrutide. AHK-CU 50mg returned GHK-Cu. A fifth report, AOD9604 5mg, shows 76.11% purity and 4.16 mg against a 5 mg label claim. All five products remain purchasable and PeptidePrices found no newer report for any of them.

The company discloses a legal name, a toll-free phone number and a full set of policy pages. It does not disclose an owner. The published street address belongs to a UPS Store and the suite number is a private mailbox.

Payment runs through Bankful and eDebit Direct. The homepage displays a PayPal badge, but no PayPal gateway is installed.

Nationwide Peptides — pros & cons

Strengths

  • COAs are public at /coa/ with no login, and every report names Freedom Diagnostics Testing as the testing laboratory
  • The laboratory operates an open verification registry. PeptidePrices queried it and found the lab-hosted PDFs are byte-identical to the copies the vendor publishes, so those documents are not altered
  • The vendor publishes its failed reports on its product pages instead of deleting them, and publishes its worst indexed result (DSIP 95.671%) openly
  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Delivery is 4 to 7 days. US shipping is free over $200

Watch-outs

  • Four published COAs read 'Identity: Failed' and one reads 76.11% purity. Those five products are still on sale, and no newer report replaces them
  • The COA index table has no Identity column, so AHK-CU 50mg appears there as a clean 99.69% purity result
  • 28 of 73 products have no COA. The FAQ claims a COA on every product page and a QR code that does not exist
  • Reports cover purity, identity and net content, but no endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metals panel, although the About page claims endotoxin testing
  • The published address is a private mailbox at a UPS Store. No owner, officer or staff member is named anywhere
  • No independent review record exists. Trustpilot shows 0.0 from 0 reviews, and there is no Reddit, Eroids, BBB or Finnrick record
  • The shipping page, the refund page and the Terms contradict each other on international shipping, returns and cancellation
