Is this really free?
Yes. We provide the integration, customer review collection, RUO screening, your vendor dashboard and all eleven widget styles free for our affiliate vendors. There is no setup fee, monthly subscription or per-review charge.
Do I need to use WooCommerce?
No. We build the integration for your storefront. WooCommerce stores use our plugin and an order webhook; custom stores connect through a signed order event. We work with you or your developer to connect it and test it.
Can I use a widget before connecting my checkout?
Yes. If your PeptidePrices profile already has published customer reviews, you can display them on your website immediately after getting portal access. Connect your checkout when you are ready to collect new reviews automatically.
Which reviews get a Verified purchase badge?
Reviews matched to a real order through the store integration receive the Verified purchase badge. Existing community reviews retain their own verification status; displaying them in a widget does not turn them into verified purchases.
Can I edit a review or reply to it?
The dashboard lets you review submissions, see any RUO screening flags, approve clean feedback, record rejection reasons and post public replies. Customer wording is preserved, and we help resolve flagged submissions before publication.
Can I choose when the email goes out?
Yes. Choose the delay after an order is marked complete during setup. We start new integrations at 48 hours, and can adjust the delay to suit your delivery times. Invitations include an unsubscribe option, and cancelled or refunded orders stop pending invitations.
Do customers need to opt in at checkout?
In all-order mode, no separate opt-in is needed. New completed orders trigger an invitation after your chosen delay, except when the customer opts out or has unsubscribed. A checkout opt-in mode is also available if that is how you prefer to run your store.
Does joining change my PeptidePrices rating?
No. Customer star ratings and our editorial vendor score are separate. Partner access does not buy a higher score or change our COA assessment.
How often do the widgets update?
An open, visible widget checks for approved review changes about once a minute. New reviews, updated ratings and withdrawn reviews are reflected automatically without replacing your embed code.
