KLOW Protocol — research data

Research-literature reference data, NOT patient instructions. Not for human use. Consult a licensed clinician for any human application.

Research dose rangeSold as a fixed-ratio blend; per-component amounts vary by supplier. A common research protocol is ~3.2 mg total daily (about 2 mg GHK-Cu plus ~400 mcg each of TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV). Critical: calculate each component against its own therapeutic range; many users dose the peptides separately for control.

Overview

About KLOW Protocol

Mechanism of action

Four-peptide combination building on GLOW by adding KPV. A typical 80 mg blend is ~50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg KPV (5:1:1:1). Each contributes a separate mechanism: GHK-Cu gene/collagen modulation, TB-500 cell migration and angiogenesis, BPC-157 growth-factor signaling, and KPV NF-kB inhibition (anti-inflammatory). There are no clinical trials on the four-peptide combination.

Safety profile

Injection-site reactions (KPV may reduce these versus GLOW); temporary blue-green skin discoloration (copper); water retention; the main risk is overdosing an individual component. No safety studies exist on the four-peptide combination. Research-use only; not for human consumption. · Marketed four-peptide blend (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157 + KPV); generally well-tolerated components, but NO combination-specific safety/clinical studies. Fixed-ratio dosing caveat applies; pro-angiogenic components carry a cancer contraindication.

Studies & key findings

  • KLOW is a four-peptide COMBINATION (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157 + KPV) — it builds on the GLOW blend by adding KPV for anti-inflammatory (NF-κB-inhibiting) action.
  • There are NO clinical trials, safety studies, or peer-reviewed research on this specific four-peptide combination — it is investigational, with only theoretical synergy from the individual components.
