COA testing and coverage

The archive contains 119 COA verified Freedom Diagnostics reports: 81 complete merchant files and 38 additional vendor-named reports recovered from the laboratory. Of these, 116 match specific public official laboratory records; three complete merchant files have unavailable public issuer lookups. The reports span June 25, 2025–October 8, 2026. Most show identity, HPLC purity and measured content; nine October reports also print a negative fentanyl screen. No inspected report prints endotoxin, heavy-metal or sterility results. Numerical purity spans 96.344%–99.97% across 117 reports, including the bacteriostatic-water report. Historical IGF-1 LR3 purity is 96.344%; its October report shows 99.30%. The August 29, 2026 Sermorelin 5 mg report prints identity Failed and identifies GLP SM. It is retained and excluded from listing certificates; a separate September 18 report identifies Sermorelin 10 mg correctly. A November 18, 2025 KLOW report totals 53.08 mg against its 80 mg label (66.35%); the March 29, 2026 report totals 78.96 mg. Merchant-card mistakes remain separate from laboratory results: one Sermorelin card links a GLP-3R 60 mg file, and a historical GLOW 70 card links an 80 mg report.

Reviews

Trustpilot showed 4.5/5 from 153 reviews on October 21, 2026: 129 five-star, 11 four-star, one three-star, three two-star and nine one-star. The 140 four- and five-star posts make delivery speed and value the clearest recurring positives. PeptidePrices’ editorial reputation score is 9/10; the Trustpilot stars and individual customer ratings remain a separate measure.

The positive posts describe concrete repeat-order experiences. In an October 15 review, Cooper Shelley reported three months of trouble-free ordering, competitive prices, prompt arrivals and a promotional gift. Laura praised fast shipping on October 8. Tiffany’s October 1 post said her two most recent orders arrived within two days. Judy Kniss described easy ordering, quick dispatch and discreet packaging; Ryan’s October 2 post praised service across two recent orders. Jeff Shrout reported quick fulfillment, while four-star reviewer Julio Casanovas praised delivery and occasional free extras. Laura Joseph’s October 8 post highlighted discounts and selection. These accounts repeatedly concern receiving orders and buying again, rather than only first impressions of the website.

The critical posts show where orders have gone wrong. Justin Hickey’s January 14 review, labelled Verified by Trustpilot, said GLOW arrived instead of KLOW. The company replied January 16 that it had sent the correct item. Susan’s January 17 post described a missing paid item and a promotion/free-shipping dispute; the same-day reply offered a full reshipment and extra product to cover the shipping charge. Chris Lathroum’s January 18 review said a buy-one-get-one order contained the wrong compound and earlier contact went unanswered; Happy Peps apologized and asked him to get in touch. Those replies describe corrections offered or sent, without a later customer confirmation that each case was resolved.

Support and payment complaints are also present. Charles’ July 27 post said tracking showed a cancelled order worth over $300 despite a charge; the company requested direct contact to investigate. Daniel James’ March 16 review alleged non-delivery after Zelle payment and difficulty reaching support, with no public company reply visible. Kimberly Jones’ October 7 two-star post described a product that did not fully dissolve and two unanswered follow-ups. The company said it could not find the email and asked her to contact support again. A separate Amazon/SkinCu complaint was disputed by Happy Peps as a review of another seller; it is not an established Happy Peps fulfillment incident.

Jeremy Dunkirk’s review, updated October 8, challenged a roughly $5-per-vial price increase between promotions presented as the same 50% sale. Happy Peps replied that it had removed earlier product discounts before applying the sitewide offer, acknowledged that the change should have been explained better, and said it added the countdown to clarify sale timing. That response addresses the pricing mechanism and communication directly. Across the profile, Trustpilot reports replies to 83% of negative reviews, typically within two weeks. Response depth varies: the January replacement offers are more specific than replies merely asking customers to contact support. Several positive posts carry Trustpilot’s Verified label, and the platform states that the company invites reviews. One September positive reviewer disclosed being an affiliate. Claims about physiological effects are customer opinions and are excluded from this analysis of ordering, fulfillment and service.

Payments, shipping and returns

The October 21, 2026 checkout offers Pay by card through a hosted payment page, Bank Payment (Link), Zelle and Cash App. A $25 BPC-157 vial showed $7 flat-rate shipping and a $32 total for the inspected U.S. destination. Apple Pay and Google Pay were not offered at this checkout step. The storefront advertises free U.S. shipping over $150 and same-day dispatch before 2 PM; its shipping-policy tab instead allows three business days. Returns require approval within 14 days, unused condition and original packaging; sale items are excluded. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within ten business days. The checkout caps an order at $500. Current sale prices are already included in comparisons; no coupon code is offered.

Business identity

Florida’s official register identifies HAPPYPEPS LLC, filed August 22, 2024, and lists STEVEN, PRADO as its manager and registered agent. Its Montverde contact address matches the company’s claimed Trustpilot profile. The current registry detail marks the entity inactive following administrative dissolution for an annual-report filing on September 25, 2026. The storefront publishes telephone and email contacts but does not name a scientific team. Authoritative RDAP dates happypeps.co to December 13, 2025. Earlier vendor-named reports and customer accounts of the previous website establish a longer brand history; the current domain’s registration date is not the start of every reported batch.
