Our October 4 review covers 175 certificate records drawn from 173 unique files. The 170 reports from earlier reviews are unchanged, along with their dated lab checks. Five new reports add 11 pages. Two new Freedom reports were confirmed through the lab's own lookup and match the originals byte for byte; one Freedom and two Vanguard lookups found no public record. Across the archive, 167 records are lab-verified, five were not found in lab records, and three could not be checked because the lab lookup was unavailable. The new Freedom reports test identity, content, endotoxin, microbes (PCR), metals and fentanyl, plus purity where printed. The new four-page Vanguard reports add residual solvents, TFA and solubility. The NAD+ 500mg report shows 99.83% and 544.97mg; the MOTS-C 10mg report shows 99.30% and 12.19mg. We have not confirmed that these lots match the vials customers receive.

Independent evidence and reputation

Independent evidence is not uniformly positive. Finnrick listed 30 Orbitrex tests with 25 passes, five failures, and three incomplete records during this review. Disclosed Labs separately listed 160 attributed certificates with 159 passes. These datasets use different methods and are not customer reviews.

Shipping, discounts, and operations

On August 3, 2026, Orbitrex's Trustpilot profile showed 4.5/5 from 175 reviews, with praise for shipping and some delivery complaints. The profile has since been removed (checked October 3); we keep the August figures as a historical record. Peptide Critic earlier showed 4.6/5 from 31 reviews (observation date not recorded), with shipping and support praise and concerns about impersonators and payment. Orbitrex states that packing and carrier handoff occur within 36 hours, UPS priority air usually takes two business days, and shipping is free over $200 except Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The current VerifyPass page limits its separate one-time 20% offer to military members, veterans, and first responders; it permits one redemption per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Rating and attribution limits

On September 3 we checked the 60 product rows (format, strength and unit) currently for sale. Forty-five have a certificate for that exact product, and twelve have none on file. SLU-PP-332 1000mcg capsules and Tesofensine 500mcg capsules have Vanguard files we could not check because the portal lookup was unavailable, so they get no verified badge. Orbitzen 40 mg has matching lab records, but both name Zen Aminos as the lab's client, so the listing stays visible without counting as Orbitrex evidence. The 9.5/10 rating comes from COA 10, reputation 10, transparency 9 and operations 9. Affiliate status and discount size do not affect the score.
