The vial BPC-157/TB-500 source lists 5 mg/5 mg, while Vanguard report V260407-4 003 lists 10 mg/10 mg; both print 5.46 mg BPC-157 and 5.53 mg TB-500. The photographed vial itself says 5 mg/5 mg. The report remains visible with both versions and no exact product verification. The GLOW pen’s Freedom report identifies GHK-Cu/Ac-SDKP/BPC-157, rather than the advertised GHK-Cu/BPC-157/TB-500 formulation. An older archive-linked version of that same GLOW accession prints G80mg while the newer vendor and current official file print G70mg. Both versions are retained with the exact discrepancy.
