The live COA page links 54 certificates, and the vendor's public media library holds the rest of its certificate history, for 123 unique Freedom Diagnostics documents across four analysis batches dated April 27, May 23, July 16, and September 2, 2026. Every document names Rebirth Labs as the printed client and prints an accession number, a search code, a product and strength, a lot, and a report date. The 119 documents that resolve to the laboratory's own accession-addressable PDF match it for every printed field, including identity, purity, and measured content, and those 119 are the public library. Endotoxin results appear on 75 of the 123 reports: all 47 from September 2, 2026, 21 of the 47 from July 16, and 7 of the 19 from April 27.
