Origin Labs publishes a certificate directory with reports from Kovera Labs, Freedom Diagnostics and ILS Laboratories. The retained archive contains 62 report sets, 52 of which match the issuing laboratories’ records in the checked fields. The 26 newest Kovera sets each have four pages and report identity, purity, measured content, endotoxin, fentanyl, heavy metals and a two-day culture screen. Each includes two-vial conformity results.
The 26 Kovera reports show 99.387%–99.912% purity, with none below 98%. Their first pages are certified October 24 or 25, 2026; the separate screening pages retain their own dates. The DSIP 10 mg sample averages 13.84 mg and the Selank 10 mg sample 9.44 mg. Each value belongs to the tested sample, and exact current-stock and shipment-lot matches remain unconfirmed. The rapid culture screen uses two days; it is distinct from a 14-day compendial sterility test.
The 36 earlier records add 22 Freedom reports matching official files and 14 ILS files. Four ILS reports match the public laboratory fields. Ten other ILS files show differences between vendor-file and public-laboratory metal results; the report details retain both versions, and those ten do not receive exact-match listing controls.
