Chonluten is the tripeptide Glu-Asp-Gly. The sequence and identity are well documented: a US patent claims it, and PubChem ties the name T-34 to it.

What the market shows
PeptidePrices found 3 in-stock listings from 3 vendors, checked through Oct 8, 2026. The lowest 10mg cost is 13% below the vendor median of $55.24; 1 vendors (33%) fall below that median. 3 of 3 vendors (100%) publish public COA evidence.
A public COA link shows that a vendor publishes testing data. It does not prove that every listed vial has a matching current report. Match the product, strength, batch, and lot before relying on a report.
How this report is calculated
The headline and median use each vendor's lowest whole-package checkout cost to obtain at least 10mg. Smaller packages are multiplied until the target is met, while larger packages retain their full checkout price. The lowest package total is shown only as secondary context because package sizes differ. Known public coupon discounts are applied. Shipping, tax, and unverified promotions are excluded.
Research context
What is Chonluten? Research, safety, and status
Chonluten is three amino acids: glutamic acid, aspartic acid, glycine. It is the smallest of the three compounds in this set at 319 Da, close in structure to Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) with the alanine removed. The Khavinson papers also refer to it as peptide T-34.
The proposed mechanism is the group's general one: short peptides enter cells and nuclei and adjust gene expression by binding DNA or histones. For Chonluten, the 2022 developer review adds a computer docking model showing EDG fitting the binding site of the LAT1 amino acid transporter, offered as a way the peptide could get into cells. That is modeling, not a measured uptake.
Key research takeaways
What it is supposed to do is not settled. Vendors sell it for the lungs. The developers' own 2022 review lists it as a gastroprotector and stress protector. The 2022 Italian-Russian cell study calls it a tripeptide "from respiratory lung". The lung research most often cited around it is about a different peptide, Bronchogen (AEDL).
The best published result is a 2022 cell-line study of inflammation in human monocytes. Its abstract says Chonluten inhibited TNF release; its results section describes "a slight release" of TNF. Those two statements do not match.
The only human data is in the patent: 80 young male volunteers given a simulated high-altitude test, reported by the applicant. We found no peer-reviewed human study.
We found no independent replication. Every study has Khavinson or his institute on the author list.

PeptidePrices safety rating
6/10 · Not FDA-approved
Mechanism
Proposed respiratory-tissue bioregulator; a monocyte cell-line study reported effects on kinase signalling and TNF release.
Research areas
Bronchial and respiratory-tissue bioregulator research. Human clinical benefit is not established.
Regulatory / research status
Research / preclinical only
Half-life
Not established in direct human pharmacokinetic studies.
Storage
Lyophilized vial: store at -20°C long-term or 2-8°C short-term, protected from light.
Reported side effects
Human safety data is sparse. The available evidence is mainly preclinical and small Russian studies from one research group, and it does not establish clinical efficacy.
Russian bioregulator; short peptide; limited but clean data. Human evidence is thin and mostly from one research group. Safety ratings summarize published clinical data, adverse-event reporting, and regulatory status. How PeptidePrices rates evidence. Research information only, not medical advice.
