The closing sale and the confirmed timeline
The Reddit closing-sale post reported a 60% sale through October 12.
That sale deadline and the stopped-orders notice answer different questions. The first tells us when the promotion was reported to end. The second confirms that the store subsequently stopped taking new orders. The current notice gives no timestamp for the change, so October 12 should not be presented as an independently verified shutdown date.

What customers are reporting
In the Reddit thread, one commenter said they had ordered during the sale. Others described previous purchases and asked where they could source products next. Those comments record customer experiences and questions; they do not establish the fulfillment status of every closing-sale order.
The discussion also includes speculation about another store, Amino Tech. The original poster later said they had not used it and could not vouch for it. Soma's current notice announces no successor store.
Some commenters describe being customers since Amino Asylum or discuss a transition between the brands. That is customer-reported history. It does not establish who operates either business or explain the present closure.

How to follow up on an existing order
Start with the official Manage Orders page. Account holders can use the login form there. The page specifically directs people who ordered as guests to its contact form for the latest status.
The contact form asks for an order number, email address and message. If you do not have an order number, its instruction is to enter NA. Include the date of purchase and the specific update you need: whether the order has shipped, its tracking number, or how an unfulfilled order will be handled. Keep your confirmation and payment receipt alongside the reply.
The continued availability of those pages gives customers a contact route. The pages we checked do not state a support-response deadline, remaining-order shipping schedule or closure-specific refund timetable. We did not submit a support request or test fulfillment as part of this check.
What an older certificate can tell you
PeptidePrices' September 6, 2026 review retained 128 Soma Chems certificate records. Of those, 83 had both an official laboratory match and supported Soma attribution: 57 from Freedom Diagnostics, 23 from Janoshik and three from Chromate. Fourteen other records had an official match with unresolved printed-client attribution; the remaining 31 lacked an official match in that review.
That is historical evidence from a defined review, not a count of batches sold during the closing sale. The same review found exact compound, strength and unit matches for 29 of 43 then-listed catalog rows. It left the other 14 without an exact verified attachment rather than filling gaps with another strength or a nearby report.
If you retain a Soma certificate, keep its report identifier, issue or analysis date and stated lot with your order records.
