Apex Peptides' storefront is marked “temporarily closed” as of October 22, 2026, and no reopening date has been announced.

The Apex Peptides storefront on October 22, 2026.

The public pages at apex-peptides.com now carry a “TEMPORARILY CLOSED” banner. The homepage is titled “Copper Peptide Face, Body and Hair Care,” and the shop lists 14 products: face, body and hair-care items and four copper-peptide bundles. All 14 were marked out of stock when PeptidePrices checked on October 22, and the research-peptide catalog the store sold earlier this year is no longer listed. The storefront's footer still gives its address as 503 Prosperity Way, North Sioux City, South Dakota. That is the address of the business federal agents searched on September 23, 2026. This report sets out what is documented, what is only reported, what is still unknown, and what Apex customers can do now.

Bottom line:

  • Documented: A federal search led by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service took place on September 23 at a North Sioux City business and a Dakota Dunes home.
  • Reported by local radio: Two people were seen led away in handcuffs. They were not identified, and no charges were disclosed.
  • Not found: As of October 22, we found no public report of charges, an indictment, a court filing naming Apex Peptides, or an official statement about what the investigation concerns.
  • Strongly indicated, not confirmed by the company or any agency: apex-peptides.com belongs to the same business group. The storefront lists the searched address, and state registry records link an Apex Peptides entity to Apex Research, LLC.
  • Is it closed? The storefront says “temporarily closed.” There is no reopening date, no statement of a reason, and no notice about existing orders.

Nothing in this report alleges that any person or company committed a crime. Where a claim comes only from a news report or a community post, we say so.

1. What the storefront shows now

On October 22, 2026, the apex-peptides.com homepage and shop pages loaded publicly with a “TEMPORARILY CLOSED” banner across the top. The shop page listed 14 products, all marked out of stock:

  • four copper-peptide care bundles (body, essential, facial and hair);
  • ten GHK-Cu skincare and hair products, such as a face serum, body lotion, shampoo and soap bars.

No injectable research peptides were listed. The page gives no reason for the closure, no reopening date, and no notice about orders already placed. When PeptidePrices checked on October 7, the homepage redirected to a login page with no public product pages; the pages are now public again, but without the earlier catalog.

According to KTIV, a local television station serving Siouxland, federal agents began arriving around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at a business at 503 Prosperity Way in North Sioux City, South Dakota. KTIV identified the business as Apex Waste Management. A home in the Dakota Dunes neighborhood was searched starting about 9 a.m. the same morning. Investigators cleared the business property shortly after 4 p.m.

Agencies on scene. KTIV reported that the U.S. Postal Inspection Service was leading the investigation. The FBI, IRS Criminal Investigation, the Union County Sheriff's Office and North Sioux City Police were also present. A postal inspector and public information officer told KSCJ radio that federal agents, including postal inspectors, were at multiple locations in the Sioux City area, and that the inspector could not give more detail because it is “an active investigation.”

What investigators did. KTIV reported that investigators brought an industrial clipper, evidence bags, totes and a U-Haul trailer, and that a UPS delivery was unloaded straight into the trailer. At the Dakota Dunes home, five Postal Inspection Service agents from Minneapolis removed bags and boxes. Authorities have not said what was taken.

People led away. KSCJ reported that two people were seen being led away in handcuffs. It did not name them, and as of its report no agency had disclosed their identities or any charges. We found no later reporting that identifies them or says whether they were arrested or detained.

Who KTIV connects to the businesses. KTIV reported that Riley Isaacson is president of Apex Waste Management and Apex Research, and that county property records list the Dakota Dunes home as owned by his twin brother, Ryan Isaacson. When KTIV asked one of the twins why the properties were searched, he said “No comment.” Being named in this coverage is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

The wider group of companies. KTIV's follow-up of September 24 reported five more companies listing a nearby address, 498 Prosperity Way: Apex HC, ApexTH&I, Apex Health Club Holdings, ApexRx Holdings and Apex Health Club. Most were issued between April and September 2026. KTIV said that building “does not appear to be operational,” with construction still underway, and that operations at the Apex businesses “do not appear to be running as usual.”

KTIV's reporting names Apex Peptides, alongside Apex Waste Management and Apex Research, as businesses that listed a primary address in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, and describes Apex Peptides as a business the community may be familiar with. KTIV does not say Apex Peptides was searched or is part of the investigation.

3. How apex-peptides.com connects to the Apex group

KTIV names “Apex Peptides” but does not say which website that refers to. Several unrelated sellers use similar names, so we checked the public records.

The storefront's own address. The footer of apex-peptides.com lists 503 Prosperity Way, North Sioux City, SD 57049, the same street address KTIV gives for the business searched on September 23.

State business registries (via OpenCorporates):

  • An Iowa foreign limited liability company named “Apex Peptides, LLC” (Iowa file no. 809306) is registered as a branch of “Apex Research, LLC,” a South Dakota company (SD file no. DL299126).
  • The Iowa record lists an alternative legal name, “ApexSupps LLC,” and its status as inactive.
  • The registry gives a Sioux City, Iowa head office and a Waterloo, Iowa mailing address. It does not list Sergeant Bluff, where KTIV reports the primary address, or the Prosperity Way address. We have not resolved that discrepancy.
  • Officer names are hidden behind a login on the aggregator, so we could not confirm who runs Apex Peptides, LLC.

The storefront's own code. The store's logo file is served from a path containing “ApexSupps.Client.Components,” matching the alternative name on the Iowa filing.

Domain record. apex-peptides.com was registered on February 16, 2025. The public record shows no registrant organization.

Our reading. Together, the shared street address, the registry branch relationship and the matching internal name strongly indicate that apex-peptides.com is part of the same business group as Apex Research, LLC, the company whose president KTIV names. Neither the company nor any agency has confirmed it, and a business connection is not evidence of wrongdoing.

Not the same businesses. These similarly named sellers are not tied to the search by any source we found:

  • Apex Peptide Supply (apexpeptidesupply.com)
  • apexpepts.com
  • apexpeptide.com
  • Apex Peptides Lab (apexpeptideslab.com)
  • Apex Compounds (apex-compounds.com)

Check the exact domain on any order confirmation.

4. What Apex customers reported

A Reddit thread in r/BioHackingGuide titled “Apex Peptides just got raided by federal agents” was posted on September 25, 2026, two days after the search. We read the original post and the 62 comments that Reddit's public feed served between September 25 and 28; the thread still loads, but we did not re-read it on October 22.

Everything in this section is reported by individual commenters and unverified.

  • Orders still processing. One commenter wrote on September 26 that an order of about $450 “still shows processing.”
  • Orders placed just before the search. Another reported placing an order of about $300 shortly before the search.
  • One delivered order. A commenter said an order placed on September 20 during a sale arrived on September 23, the day of the search. This is the only delivered-order report in the thread.
  • Hearsay about fulfillment. One commenter said they had heard orders were being delivered by another company. No source was given, and we found nothing to support it.
  • Unanswered questions. Several commenters asked whether pending orders would arrive. None got an answer from the company in the thread.
  • Lost discounts. Several commenters mentioned losing access to a discount of about 55%.

The original post also made broader claims about the business's other activities and an earlier investigation. Those claims are unsourced, so we do not repeat them. One commenter made an unsupported claim about product contamination; other commenters immediately disputed it, and we found no evidence for it.

Many replies asked for, or offered by private message, “a new source” or a “better supplier,” and some discussed paying by cryptocurrency. Unsolicited private offers like these are a common way buyers lose money after a vendor goes quiet.

5. What we searched for and did not find

  • No charges reported. As of October 22, 2026, we found no public report of charges or an indictment against Apex Peptides, Apex Research, Apex Waste Management or the Isaacson brothers. A lack of reports is not proof that no filing exists: sealed or unreported filings would not appear in news coverage.
  • No official announcement. Our searches of news coverage and U.S. Attorney's Office results returned no press release about the search from the Justice Department or the Postal Inspection Service. The postal inspector's only public comment we found is the “active investigation” statement above.
  • No court case under these names. A CourtListener search for “Apex Research” and “Isaacson” returned no case naming Apex Peptides or Apex Research. We did not search sealed dockets, which are not publicly searchable.

6. Open questions

  1. What is the investigation about? No agency has said which law or conduct is involved.
  2. Who were the two people led away in handcuffs, and were they arrested or detained? Not reported.
  3. Was anything relating to Apex Peptides or customer orders seized? Not reported.
  4. Who are the officers of Apex Peptides, LLC and Apex Research, LLC? Officer names are not publicly visible in the records we could reach.
  5. Which address is the operating address: Prosperity Way (per the storefront footer), Sergeant Bluff (per KTIV) or Sioux City (per the Iowa registry)?
  6. Why is the Iowa Apex Peptides entity listed as inactive?
  7. Are pending orders being fulfilled or refunded? The storefront shows no notice, and the only delivered-order report is for an order that arrived on the day of the search.
  8. Will the storefront reopen? “Temporarily closed” is the only public statement.

8. What Apex customers can do now

  • Keep your records. Save order confirmations, receipts and every email, with dates.
  • Ask in writing. Request your order status, a tracking number and a refund timeline, and note which legal entity appears on your receipt.
  • Use your card's dispute process if nothing arrives. If you paid by card and the goods never came, you can usually ask your issuer to review the charge as goods not received. Issuers want your records and your attempts to resolve it, and deadlines run from the statement date, so act early. A refund is not guaranteed.
  • Know your payment method. Card and processor payments usually come with a dispute route. Bank transfers, cryptocurrency and gift cards usually do not.
  • Be careful with private “new supplier” offers. Verify any seller independently before sending money, especially when asked to pay in crypto.
  • Do not treat a posted COA as proof. Confirm the lab, report number and lot through the lab's own lookup, and match the lot to what you received. Our guides to reading a COA and verifying a COA and the COA checker can help.
  • Talk to a clinician about health concerns. This report does not assess product quality or safety.
  • Report relevant information to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service or the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of South Dakota if you have it.

What the one retained certificate shows

PeptidePrices retains one complete Apex Peptides report: Freedom Diagnostics report Apex2601280108 for BPC-157 10 mg, lot 10199, reported January 29, 2026. It records LC-MS identity, 98.427% HPLC purity and 12.24 mg measured content, and prints no endotoxin, sterility or heavy-metals results. It is historical evidence for a single lot. It says nothing about any later batch, and the store's testing scope across its catalog was never public.

Apex Peptides alternatives

These are eight currently listed PeptidePrices partners, chosen for high quality ratings, public certificate libraries and overlap with what Apex Peptides sold. All eight list GLP-2T, GLP-3R, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Cagrilintide, Tesamorelin, MOTS-c, Semax, Glutathione and 5-Amino-1MQ. Six list GLP-1S. Fewer carry the CJC-1295 No DAC and Ipamorelin blend and Sermorelin (four each) or IGF-1 LR3 (five), and only two list Snap-8. Comparing any other supplier

Beyond the list above, use the vendor directory and price index to compare currently listed suppliers. Match the compound, amount and formulation before comparing price; a familiar blend name can hide different ingredients or concentrations. Check the offered batch's report and whether the supplier ships to your destination.

Frequently asked questions

Is Apex Peptides closed?

Its storefront is marked “temporarily closed.” As of October 22, 2026, the apex-peptides.com banner says so, the only products listed are 14 out-of-stock skincare and copper-peptide items, and no reopening date has been announced.

Was Apex Peptides raided?

Federal agents searched a related business, Apex Waste Management in North Sioux City, South Dakota, and a home in Dakota Dunes on September 23, 2026, according to KTIV. KTIV's reporting names Apex Peptides among businesses tied to the same owners but does not say Apex Peptides itself was searched. The apex-peptides.com footer lists the same Prosperity Way address as the searched business.

Have there been arrests or charges?

KSCJ reported that two people were seen led away in handcuffs on September 23, without naming them. As of October 22, 2026, we found no public report of charges, an indictment or a court filing naming Apex Peptides or the Isaacson brothers. That is not proof that none exist.

Is apex-peptides.com connected to the Apex businesses that were searched?

State registry records show an Iowa company, Apex Peptides, LLC, registered as a branch of Apex Research, LLC, with the alternative name ApexSupps LLC, and the storefront lists the searched business's street address. That strongly indicates the same business group, but neither the company nor any agency has confirmed it.

Are Apex Peptides orders being shipped?

Unknown. Commenters on Reddit reported orders still showing processing after September 23, and the storefront shows no notice about existing orders. Customers should keep records, ask for status in writing and consider a card dispute for goods not received.

Is Apex Peptide Supply the same company?

No source ties Apex Peptide Supply (apexpeptidesupply.com), apexpepts.com, apexpeptide.com, Apex Peptides Lab or Apex Compounds to the September search. Check the exact domain on your order confirmation.

What are the best Apex Peptides alternatives?

Among current PeptidePrices partners with high quality ratings and public certificate libraries, we list Puratek Peptides, Amino Club, ZC Labs, Orbitrex Peptides, Lost Coast Aminos, Glacier Aminos, Amino Science Labs and NeuroLabs. Each is compared against the compounds Apex Peptides sold in the alternatives section above.

How we researched this

  • News: KTIV's coverage of the September 23 search and its follow-up, and KSCJ's reports of September 23 and 24.
  • Registries: state business registry records through OpenCorporates.
  • Domain: the RDAP domain record for apex-peptides.com.
  • Storefront: the public storefront as visitors see it without signing in, checked October 22, 2026.
  • Courts and agencies: CourtListener searches and searches of agency press pages.
  • Reddit: the r/BioHackingGuide thread, read through Reddit's public feed on September 25 to 28.

We could not reach the South Dakota and Iowa Secretary of State sites directly, so registry details should be confirmed against official state records. We did not contact anyone involved.
