A narrow census with a reproducible rule
The dataset separates the FDA's published enforcement record from PeptidePrices' one-date observation of each storefront.

- Online sellers named in a public FDA warning letter and offering peptides under research-use, laboratory-use, or similar framing.
- Excluded
- Telehealth providers, compounding pharmacies, API manufacturers, conventional illegal online pharmacies, and non-peptide cases.
- Still selling
- An observed public or account-gated peptide catalog. Supply-only, maintenance, and inactive pages do not count toward the ten.
- Limits
- Storefront observations describe visible website state on one date. They do not establish chemical identity, product quality, completed sales, regulatory compliance, or common ownership between domains.
