Legitimacy review

Is Ethos Analytics legit?

Ethos has strong institutional legitimacy evidence, including leadership and active accreditation. Public copy must distinguish its accredited microbiology, metals, vitamins, cannabinoids, and related scope from separately advertised peptide work.

Operating identity

Ethos names Nisrin Samsum as CEO and Noel Samsum as CSO and lists 3020 E Camelback Rd, Suite 397, Phoenix, Arizona.

Operating history and strongest evidence

Named leadership, fixed business address, current PJLA accreditation, and a broad operating service menu.

Accreditation scope

PJLA accreditation 117798, certificate L26-225, is valid through June 30, 2028. The reviewed scope does not list peptide identity, purity, or LC-MS peptide methods.

Methods and intake

Ethos advertises peptide purity and quantitation, HPLC, ICP-MS, microbiology, and stability services. Pricing and a standardized turnaround were not found; work appears quote-based.

Public service record

Independent customer-review coverage is limited; testimonials on the official site are self-selected marketing.

Important limits

Advertised peptide assays are not expressly included in the reviewed accreditation scope. This is a scope qualification, not a claim that unlisted services are invalid or unavailable.

COA verification

Can I check a Ethos Analytics COA?

Enter the printed Customer name and EA Sample ID on the Ethos Verify CoA page, open the returned laboratory PDF, and compare client, sample name, lot, dates and results with the certificate.

Official destination
Specific official PDF from the public registry
What you need
Company (Customer) + EA Sample ID + Batch or lot
Exact-link rule
Link the specific official PDF that the registry lists for the exact client and EA Sample ID. The match is case-insensitive on both fields; never match on the sample ID alone.
Stored identifiers complete?
Yes
Record-specific links?
Yes
Identifier copyable?
Yes

Identifiers on the certificate

  • Company (Customer)Top left of each report page, under Customer.
  • EA Sample IDTop sample-information block on each report page (format 26EA0817-058).
  • Batch or lotTop sample-information block beside Sample Name and Sample Type; the official file name repeats it.

Result handling

How each verification state is reported

Exact match

Verify only when the official issuer record exactly matches the certificate identity.

No match

An explicit official no-record response is unresolved evidence, not proof that the certificate is invalid.

Conflict

Quarantine the record when the identifier resolves to materially different issuer metadata; do not promote it.

Portal unavailable

Treat a CAPTCHA, login, timeout, outage, private record, or other portal failure as unknown.

Unsupported lab

Retain the certificate as document-only evidence and use the issuer contact route without claiming verification.

Unresolved

Keep the record unresolved until an exact issuer result or documented issuer confirmation is available.

Certificate structure

Multi-page and multi-panel reports

Multi-page

Keep both pages and repeated identity headers; the official PDF carries the same page count as a complete copy.

Multi-panel

Keep result scopes separate. Reports can contain quantitation, endotoxin, fentanyl, heavy metals and microbiology panels.

Evidence boundaries

What the record does—and does not—connect

Certificate identity
The retained file, fingerprint, and printed fields identify the certificate artifact.
Issuer verification
An exact issuer lookup confirms an issuer record for that certificate; it does not expand the reported scope.
Tested sample
The findings apply only to the sample described on the certificate.
Product matching
The seller product, strength, and lot must be matched to the tested sample separately.
Physical-vial custody
Neither the certificate nor its portal proves custody of the physical vial a buyer receives.

Records and discrepancies checked

Representative records

  • coa:b79741b36c0212c53fb18075Glacier Aminos Cartalax 20 mg, EA Sample ID 26EA0812-008, lot CLX20GA-03; matched the official Ethos PDF on October 7, 2026.
  • archive:43e9c66f324b0bf5c3d36e92Licensed Peptides 5-Amino-1MQ capsules, EA Sample ID 26EA0318-044: the registry lists this sample for Pure Bio Labs LLC with lot 26063001, while the published copy prints Licensed Peptides and lot 26053003.

Concrete discrepancies

  • Fifteen EA Sample IDs appear under more than one client in the registry, so lookups must use the client and the sample ID together.
  • One retained Amino Club checker file is a product page rather than the certificate and prints no sample ID; its archive copy is verified separately.

Reusable integration rule: Read the printed Customer and EA Sample ID, match both against the registry, and compare the official file lot and PDF fields before marking the certificate verified. A missing sample ID is a no-match; a sample listed for another client is a conflict.
