Legitimacy review

Is Colmaric Analyticals legit?

Colmaric has strong corporate and credential evidence, but only the exact caffeine and vitamin HPLC methods in its scope should be called accredited. Broader advertised services require separate method evidence.

Operating identity

Colmaric Analyticals LLC names cofounders Collin Thomas, President/CEO, and Sheryl Thomas, VP/CFO, at 3235 Fairfield Avenue South, Unit A, St. Petersburg, Florida.

Operating history and strongest evidence

Named founders, fixed facility, current accreditor record, and broad contract-testing service presence.

Accreditation scope

PJLA accreditation 86258, certificate L26-384, is valid through July 31, 2028. Its scope lists HPLC-UV/DAD methods for caffeine, niacinamide, pyridoxine HCl, and thiamine HCl—not peptide assays.

Methods and intake

The lab advertises broader chromatography, spectroscopy, microbiology, and metals services. Pricing and turnaround are quote-based.

Public service record

Independent customer evidence is limited; secondary directory profiles add context but do not validate performance.

Important limits

The official accredited scope is much narrower than the full advertised menu and does not expressly cover peptide work. Unlisted work can still be offered; it simply should not inherit accreditation language.

COA verification

Can I check a Colmaric Analyticals COA?

Use the official contact process with the full report and identifying fields; no public record search was found.

Official destination

What you need
Report or sample identifier + Product and lot + Customer and report date
Exact-link rule
No public record permalink can be constructed. Use the official contact page without treating a third-party search code as Colmaric’s identifier.
Stored identifiers complete?
No
Record-specific links?
No
Identifier copyable?
No

Identifiers on the certificate

  • Report or sample identifierCertificate header or laboratory-use section when present.
  • Product and lotSample-information table on the report or submission record.
  • Customer and report dateCustomer-information and certification sections.

Result handling

How each verification state is reported

Exact match

Verify only when the official issuer record exactly matches the certificate identity.

No match

An explicit official no-record response is unresolved evidence, not proof that the certificate is invalid.

Conflict

Quarantine the record when the identifier resolves to materially different issuer metadata; do not promote it.

Portal unavailable

Treat a CAPTCHA, login, timeout, outage, private record, or other portal failure as unknown.

Unsupported lab

Retain the certificate as document-only evidence and use the issuer contact route without claiming verification.

Unresolved

Keep the record unresolved until an exact issuer result or documented issuer confirmation is available.

Certificate structure

Multi-page and multi-panel reports

Multi-page

Keep every page. All four retained reports are multi-page and the largest has three pages.

Multi-panel

Preserve each issuer and panel separately; one retained record contains multiple testing panels.

Evidence boundaries

What the record does—and does not—connect

Certificate identity
The retained file, fingerprint, and printed fields identify the certificate artifact.
Issuer verification
An exact issuer lookup confirms an issuer record for that certificate; it does not expand the reported scope.
Tested sample
The findings apply only to the sample described on the certificate.
Product matching
The seller product, strength, and lot must be matched to the tested sample separately.
Physical-vial custody
Neither the certificate nor its portal proves custody of the physical vial a buyer receives.

Records and discrepancies checked

Representative records

  • coa:5caf44be90b84a102e5b4be1SomaChems Ostarine; retained as a Colmaric document-only record without a public issuer lookup.
  • coa:7ccc7b930c3484f26dd814ffRetained packet exposes a Freedom search code that must remain attributed to Freedom Diagnostics.

Concrete discrepancies

  • None of the four Colmaric records stores a Colmaric report identifier or exact official record link.
  • Only two of four retained records are public.
  • One record displays a Freedom search code; presenting it as Colmaric verification would conflate issuers.

Reusable integration rule: Keep contact-only identity fields structured and attach every embedded identifier to the laboratory that actually issued that panel.
