Operating identity
The official site identifies Axiom Analytics Labs LLC as a California limited liability company. Its Sacramento address is explicitly a registered address, not a sample-receiving laboratory. Axiom describes a network that performs testing under its methods, followed by Axiom review and release. The COAs name an analyst, technical reviewer and laboratory director; the public disclosures do not identify the facility behind each analysis.
Operating history and strongest evidence
Twenty issued COAs match specific official records on material sample fields and results. Their strength is the combination of named sample, lot, actual measurements, method labels, acceptance criteria and public verification.
Accreditation scope
Axiom expressly states that it does not hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Its method labels distinguish validated, verified-compendial and research-screen work. A USP method reference identifies a procedure; it is not an accreditation certificate. The reviewed COAs predominantly label their results as research screens.
Methods and intake
On November 5, 2026, Axiom advertised 4X Essential at $195 and 8X Comprehensive at $595 per base sample. Its stated normal targets are five and eight business days respectively after vial validation. Culture sterility requires additional containers and at least 14 days of incubation. These are published service terms, not measured turnaround times.
Public service record
The retained COAs document service to two named brands. Their October 2026 dates provide a short observed history; two pairs repeat the same lot/results across brands. No independently commissioned blind comparison or proficiency dataset was established in the reviewed material.
Important limits
Axiom is not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, and its performing laboratories are undisclosed. The reviewed samples are client-submitted, with two cross-brand lot/result overlaps. This assessment covers the retained COAs and official disclosures checked November 5, 2026; it includes no independently commissioned retest or facility inspection.
What is strong about Axiom’s COAs
The reviewed COAs answer three useful chemistry questions separately: whether the observed molecule is consistent with the declared compound, what proportion of the detected chromatographic material is the main component, and how many milligrams of target material were measured. They also show the submitted vial, lot, condition, receipt date, methods and acceptance criteria. This is substantially more informative than a purity percentage on its own.
For Semax AX-2026-2201-WKFR, Axiom reports an observed mass of 813.996 Da against a theoretical 813.928 Da, purity of 99.70% and content of 10.49 mg against a 10 mg claim. The mass difference is 0.068 Da, within the printed ±1 Da interval; content is 4.9% above the claim, within the printed ±10% interval. These are separate measured results, not three ways of restating purity.

Blend reporting goes beyond a single headline number
The KLOW COA AX-2026-4328-DMUN reports identity, purity and content for GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV individually. Its 99.69% headline purity is the mean of component values ranging from 99.40% to 99.97%. The content rows are 53.23 mg, 10.45 mg, 10.35 mg and 10.24 mg respectively, totaling 84.27 mg against an 80 mg label claim.
That component detail is a practical strength: readers can inspect each constituent instead of treating one blend average as the purity of every ingredient. Axiom labels the component methods, including HILIC-CAD where applicable. The measurements still concern the submitted blend sample; four ingredients are not four independently sampled lots.

Five categories, with clear limits to the microbial screen
All 20 reviewed COAs contain molecular identity, chromatographic purity, measured content, rapid microbial DNA screening and targeted fentanyl screening. Identity is supported by printed molecular-mass observations; the retained reports should be read at that scope rather than assigning every capability from the current marketing page to an older result.
The microbial result is “target DNA not detected” using qPCR. The COAs explain that this screen can detect DNA from live or dead organisms and is neither a USP <61> viable count nor a USP <71> culture sterility test. The fentanyl results are not detected against a stated 1 ng/mg limit and named analyte panel. No endotoxin, metals or culture-sterility measurement appears in these 20 COAs.

The operator, laboratories and accreditation
Axiom’s official disclosures describe Axiom Analytics Labs LLC, a California company operating a laboratory network. Axiom controls its methods and reviews and releases results; it does not disclose which laboratory performs a particular analysis. The Sacramento address is expressly a registered address, so it should not be presented as an inspected testing facility.
The service plainly states that it is not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. Its COAs identify responsible review roles and distinguish method status beside the result. This transparency is useful, but a method name, USP reference or digital signature is different evidence from an independently assessed laboratory scope and demonstrated proficiency.

How public verification works
The AX identifier opens a specific issuer record that can be compared with the supplied PDF. Axiom uses an Ed25519 signature and SHA-384 digest, and separates signature authenticity from current standing. That distinction matters when a genuine COA has subsequently been corrected or withdrawn.
There is a limit to the advertised independent check: Axiom publishes verification keys and a canonicalisation recipe, but its trust disclosure says it does not release the complete signed canonical bytes, even to the client. An offline check can verify that an Axiom key signed a digest; the full binding between that digest and the analytical record still relies on Axiom’s server. Digital verification is useful evidence of issuer authenticity, not a substitute for the assay itself.

Twenty COAs do not mean twenty independent sampling events
The reviewed material comprises 18 ARQIVANE COAs issued October 10–12, 2026 and two Platinum Biolabs COAs issued October 14. The Platinum Adamax and 5-Amino-1MQ COAs share the lot numbers and numerical results of ARQIVANE COAs: T-ADA-0018 reports 99.92% purity and 10.29 mg, while T-5AM-0015 reports 99.84% and 53.42 mg.
Axiom’s current price list explicitly offers partner COAs for a shared sample. The matching lot/result pairs are therefore counted as separately issued COAs, not evidence of independently collected samples or repeat-batch testing. The dates establish a short October reporting window, not a monthly testing history.

Sample photographs help attribution; sampling determines coverage
The COAs describe client-submitted material, show vial photographs and record one sample per COA. These details help identify what arrived. Axiom says the performing laboratory sees an internal lot ID, which limits the brand information supplied to that laboratory; the COAs still originate from a sample chosen and submitted by the client.
Axiom limits its conclusions to the item tested unless its staff performed or witnessed sampling. Its menu offers extra same-lot vials with identity, purity and content repeated for consistency testing. That is the relevant distinction for batch coverage: a photograph and one passing vial establish less about lot-wide uniformity than a documented sampling plan and multiple independently selected vials.

Current services and what this collection actually demonstrates
The November 5 menu lists 4X Essential at $195 and 8X Comprehensive at $595 per base sample. The larger panel adds endotoxin, metals, post-reconstitution stability and fentanyl screening; full culture sterility is ordered separately. Normal targets are five business days for 4X and eight for 8X after vial validation, with culture incubation taking at least 14 days.
Those options offer a route to broader testing. The reviewed COAs demonstrate the five categories printed on them, including a fentanyl add-on to the core chemistry and DNA panel. They do not demonstrate results for the additional assays advertised today.

Presentation changes and the remaining evidence gap
The retained source and current issuer copies preserve the same material identifiers and numerical results. Some current PDFs expand the presentation: Platinum’s Adamax grows from three to five pages with additional graphs. Page count and layout changes alone are not new analyses or conflicting results.
There are narrower source qualifications worth keeping with the documents. ARQIVANE’s Adamax and MOTS-c copies contain qualifications about original-instrument or archived-source evidence that are absent from current issuer presentations; some blend traces are labelled representative. These qualifications concern the provenance of supporting material, rather than a numerical mismatch. The central open question is independent assurance of analytical performance: named facilities, inspectable method-validation evidence and external proficiency results would strengthen an already useful COA service.
