Public COA library at /pages/coa-reports with no login: 174 report images across 78 pages, covering about 73 of 83 individually testable SKUs (~88%). Two named third-party labs. Chromate (chromate.org) issued the older September 2025 reports covering identity, quantity and purity. Ethos Analytics Laboratory (Phoenix, AZ) issues the current June 2026 reports, and those run a FULL panel: chromatographic purity above 99%, bacterial endotoxin below 1.25 EU/ml against a <5 spec, heavy metals by USP <233> with arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury all below limit of quantitation, and microbiological testing by USP <61>/<62> with E. coli, Salmonella and S. aureus negative. That breadth is wider than most vendors publish. PeptidePrices verified three Chromate reports through the lab's own public portal — GLP-2 10mg (job 28149, code PUREBION54PV, batch 213412-GL, 99.336%), GLP-1 10mg (28147, PUREBIO5L44D, 234645-SE, 99.349%) and GLP-3 10mg (28146, PUREBIOGF4ZK, 453744-GL, 99.328%) — and a deliberately wrong code fails, so a pass is meaningful. The lab's own stored copies were compared against the copies PureBio publishes and are identical. Three Ethos reports were also inspected: GLP-2 10mg (26EA0610-077, lot G2-5159-PB), BPC-157 5mg (26EA0611-108, BP-5143-PB) and CAG+GLP-1 (26EA0611-106, CG-5147-PB), all passing every panel. GLP codenames are confirmed from COA chemistry: GLP-1 = CAS 910463-68-2 = Semaglutide, GLP-2 = CAS 2023788-19-2 / C225H348N48O68 / MW 4813.53 = Tirzepatide, GLP-3 = CAS 2381089-83-2 = Retatrutide. ⚠️ The vial photographed on the GLP-2 COA carries a printed label reading CAS 223460-79-5, MW 3766.1 — the identifiers of endogenous human GLP-2 (1-33), a different molecule from the tirzepatide the report analyses. The GLP-1 and GLP-3 vial labels match their COAs correctly, so this is a GLP-2-specific labelling error. ⚠️ Ethos offers no public verification portal, so the newer full-panel reports cannot be independently checked, and the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation number 117798 stated on its reports was not found in the A2LA, ANAB or PJLA registries. Only 30 of 101 product pages link their own COA. Content overage on the Chromate lots runs consistently 13-15% above label. PureBio Labs runs a strong COA programme. Its current reports come from a named external laboratory and cover purity, endotoxin, heavy metals and microbiological testing. Few vendors publish that breadth.
PeptidePrices verified three earlier reports through the issuing laboratory's own portal, confirmed that an invalid code is rejected, and confirmed that the published copies match the laboratory's stored copies.
The customer review record is weaker than the storefront suggests. The 5.0 rating on the site rests on a review set that is largely imported, and 63% of those reviews are dated before the product they describe was published. The independent record, Trustpilot, reads 2.8 out of 5.
Buyers should check the return terms before ordering. Three different policies are published at once and they contradict each other.
Pure Bio Labs LLC operates from San Antonio, Texas. The domain was registered on 2024-02-21. Court records confirm a real operating entity: the company filed a trademark suit as plaintiff in the Western District of Texas.
The COA library is public and holds 174 report images. Coverage is about 88% of the individually testable catalog. Two external laboratories are named. Ethos Analytics Laboratory of Phoenix, Arizona issues the current reports. Chromate issued the earlier ones.
The Ethos reports run a full panel. They cover chromatographic purity above 99%, bacterial endotoxin below 1.25 EU/ml against a limit of 5, heavy metals by USP <233>, and microbiological testing by USP <61> and <62>. PeptidePrices inspected three Ethos reports and three Chromate reports.
Chromate publishes a verification portal. PeptidePrices verified three report codes through it. An invalid code is rejected, so a successful lookup carries meaning. PeptidePrices then compared the laboratory's stored copies against the copies the vendor publishes. They are identical.
Ethos Analytics operates no verification portal, so the newer reports cannot be checked independently. Its reports state an ISO 17025 accreditation number. PeptidePrices did not find that number in the A2LA, ANAB or PJLA registries.
The vendor sells three products under the codenames GLP-1, GLP-2 and GLP-3. PeptidePrices identified all three from the chemistry printed on their COAs. GLP-1 is semaglutide, GLP-2 is tirzepatide and GLP-3 is retatrutide. The vial shown on the GLP-2 report carries a printed label for a different molecule. The analytical data identifies tirzepatide. The label does not.

Customer reputation
Customer reviews describe service and order experiences. They do not prove identity, purity, vial content, sterility, or manufacturing standards. We keep them separate from COA and independent-testing evidence.
Four of the five reviews are one star. The company claimed the profile in April 2026 and Trustpilot notes that it has not replied to negative reviews. Recurring themes are unanswered customer service, an unexplained subscription charge, and a product that failed on reconstitution. The sample is small.
