Midwest Peptide (Midwest BioResearch LLC) is a US-based research-peptide supplier with a genuinely public COA program: every product page links a batch-specific certificate, and there's a dedicated COA page. All testing we saw is from Freedom Diagnostics, a recognized third-party lab — we verified two real reports, a BPC-157 at 99.48% and a Melanotan-II at 99.13%, both batch-linked with identity by LC-MS and verifiable search codes.
That public, batch-level testing is what the 40% COA factor rewards. The current COA page lists 36 product entries and says each batch is tested; the product-entry count is not an individual report count. Trustpilot listed 4.9/5 from 247 reviews. Shipping is US-only, free at $75 and otherwise $6.99. Orders before 2 PM Central are stated to process the same day, with UPS or USPS delivery in three to five business days and no PO boxes.
