# RUO Peptide Storefront Census 2026: full domain panel and GMV model

PeptidePrices mapped 995 covered storefront domains with 47,750,538 estimated visits in May–July 2026. Applying the retained traffic-to-order coefficient produces $4,312,924,284.24 in annualized modeled gross merchandise value (GMV) for that covered panel.

The panel was frozen on August 22, 2026. Its related 12-compound growth-hormone pricing census was completed on September 19. Traffic, registration dates, prices and modeled order value are separately dated measurements.

## Coverage and discovery

The initial discovery census contained 2,977 observations across 23 sources and resolved to 2,193 public identities. That discovery pool included aliases, dead sites, manufacturers, clinics, gated sellers, non-storefront channels and records without usable domains. It is separate from the 995-domain traffic panel.

Names and URLs were normalized to registrable domains. Redirects and aliases resolving to the same final storefront were collapsed. Operating research-peptide storefronts and gated-but-live sellers entered the traffic manifest. Dead, duplicated, manufacturer-only and non-storefront records were excluded. Additional storefronts came from vendor directories, public testing indexes, search and advertising discovery, Reddit, and the PeptidePrices roster.

| Discovery lane | Covered domains |
|---|---:|
| Original authoritative census | 469 |
| Nine-source directory expansion | 172 |
| Meta Ads, Google Search and Reddit expansion | 84 |
| Additional storefront-discovery expansion | 75 |
| Twenty-source competitor expansion | 64 |
| Freedom, Janoshik and Finnrick supplement | 36 |
| Peptide Critic supplement | 36 |
| PeptideBenchmark supplement | 27 |
| PeptidePrices production-roster supplement | 21 |
| Google Shopping expansion | 8 |
| MyPeptidePrice gap supplement | 3 |
| **Total** | **995** |

The panel has worldwide coverage with no US-only filter. Domains are the counting unit. Multiple domains may share an operator. Traffic extraction failures remain outside the modeled panel as unknown observations.

## Estimated traffic

PeptidePrices retained monthly estimates from the community-maintained `sourabhbgp/similarweb-scraper` extractor of Similarweb public-facing estimates. It reconstructs monthly visits from a published latest-month total and month-over-month changes. The covered window is May, June and July 2026.

| Month | Estimated visits |
|---|---:|
| May 2026 | 15,632,799 |
| June 2026 | 15,461,993 |
| July 2026 | 16,655,746 |
| **Three months** | **47,750,538** |

These are provider-modeled visits retrieved through a community extractor. The source is separate from seller analytics, server logs and Similarweb's official paid API. Visits count repeated traffic and do not identify unique buyers.

## Accepted orders per estimated visit

Six storefronts supplied matched traffic and authenticated order evidence. Where referral records expose a globally sequential order or referral sequence, growth between dated observations estimates attempted storefront orders. This uses the broader sequence rather than counting PeptidePrices-attributed referrals as all storefront orders.

The calculation assumes that sequential identifiers track broader order attempts, that rejected identifiers are not reused, and that the observed terminal-status sample is informative about rejection behavior in the broader sequence. Multiple status changes collapse to the latest state of each unique transaction.

Attempted-order estimates receive vendor-specific rejection adjustments. AffiliateWP Paid and Unpaid are accepted, Rejected is rejected, and Pending is excluded from the terminal denominator. GoAffPro uses the latest Approved, Rejected or Deleted state. Direct dashboard paid-sales totals receive no further rejection adjustment.

Traffic-weighting the six matched observations produces **0.119778782 accepted orders per estimated visit**. The panel spans materially different rates and is a calibration sample, not a probability sample of all 995 domains. One storefront with a conflicting traffic denominator was excluded from conversion and retained in the separate order-value check.

## Average order value

The retained six-store reference median is **$188.518369 per order**. An independent check used authenticated order and revenue evidence across fourteen storefronts. Equal-store calculations give each storefront one order-value point, preserving the smaller stores' contribution.

| Order-value estimator | USD per order |
|---|---:|
| Fourteen-store equal-store median | 190.21 |
| Fourteen-store equal-store mean | 187.05 |
| Affiliate-order-weighted pool excluding the direct paid-sales store | 187.38 |
| **Retained reference** | **188.52** |

The fourteen-store check applies to order value. Conversion uses the six traffic-matched storefronts.

## Model and rounding

The retained coefficient is the conversion rate multiplied by reference order value, rounded to six decimal places:

`0.119778782 × $188.518369 = $22.580501 per estimated visit`

For each domain:

`annualized modeled GMV = (May + June + July estimated visits) × $22.580501 × 4`

For the panel:

`47,750,538 × $22.580501 × 4 = $4,312,924,284.24`

The May–July model is $1,078,231,071.06. Multiplying by four projects the three-month run rate. It does not adjust for seasonality or measure trailing-twelve-month sales. The same coefficient applies to all covered domains without geography, trust, age or vendor-specific overrides.

Download rows preserve calculation precision. Summing full-precision modeled row values reproduces the panel estimate. Summing separately rounded display amounts can introduce small rounding differences.

## Concentration and registration dates

The largest domain accounts for 3.299% of covered estimated visits; the top ten account for 18.381%, and the top hundred for 62.643%. With a common coefficient, those are also the model's GMV allocation shares.

RDAP observations dated August 22 resolve 904 registration dates and leave 91 unknown. Of the resolved dates, 465 (51.4%) were less than one year old and 654 (72.3%) fell in 2025 or 2026. Registration dates describe domain records rather than company formation or first-sale dates. Missing dates remain null in JSON and blank in CSV.

## Meaning and uncertainty

GMV describes modeled accepted consumer order value. Source treatment of later refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping and payment costs varies. The model is separate from seller profit, net receipts, pharmacy and clinic revenue, institutional procurement, and upstream product subsequently resold through a counted storefront.

Third-party traffic error, order-sequence assumptions, rejection-status samples, the small conversion panel and extrapolation of a common coefficient affect the estimate. Coverage is incomplete. The estimate is neither a proven lower bound nor a census of all global sales.

The public assumption controls vary conversion and order value while holding frozen traffic and annualization fixed. These scenarios show mechanical sensitivity. No full-model confidence interval has been estimated. An order-value-only bootstrap from the retained research does not quantify traffic or conversion uncertainty.
