# Growth-Hormone Peptide Storefront Census — Methodology

PeptidePrices, September 19, 2026

This release covers the storefront census, Google Trends search-interest series, and
a separately labeled modeled market-share and annual-revenue estimate for the 12
growth-hormone-axis compounds below. Storefront observations, public-laboratory
proxies, and search attention remain separate measures.

## Compounds covered

Tesamorelin, ipamorelin, sermorelin, CJC-1295 (No DAC), CJC-1295 (With DAC), GHRP-2,
GHRP-6, hexarelin, AOD-9604, HGH Fragment 176-191, IGF-1 LR3, and somatropin/HGH.

## Storefront census and price normalization

- **Frozen supplier panel.** The census uses the same 995 validated storefront domains
as PeptidePrices' broader industry research panel. Domains ship primarily to the
United States, with common secondary destinations including the United Kingdom,
European Union countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- **Catalog review.** Each of the 995 domains was checked for every one of the 12
  compounds, producing 11,940 domain-compound checks.
- **One price per storefront.** When several standalone offers were available on one
storefront, PeptidePrices selected the smallest defensible package first, then
considered stock status and proximity to the standard package size.
- **Package standardization.** IGF-1 LR3 prices were converted to a 1 mg basis,
somatropin/HGH to a 10 IU basis, and every other compound to a 10 mg basis.
- **Currency.** Displayed prices were converted to United States dollars using a
  retained foreign-exchange table.
- **Blends excluded.** Blend products were excluded from the 12-compound pricing
census; only standalone single-compound listings were counted.
- **CJC-1295 labeling.** Generic or form-unspecified CJC-1295 storefront listings were
assigned to No DAC unless the listing explicitly established With DAC.
- **Percentiles.** The 10th percentile, median, and 90th percentile each use one
normalized price per priced storefront-compound pair.
- **Final count.** The completed worksheet contains 4,884 priced checks and 7,056
confirmed absences across all compounds tracked in the underlying panel; this
release reports the 12 growth-hormone-axis rows from that worksheet.

## Google Trends search-interest series

- PeptidePrices collected 52 compound searches across 13 anchored comparison batches
for the United States and worldwide, with ipamorelin as the common reference term in
  every batch.
- The latest complete 52 weeks were compared with the preceding 52 weeks to calculate
percentage change. The final partial week was excluded.
- The retained United States series ends with the week of September 6, 2026.
- Google Trends index values are relative search interest on Google's own 0-100+
normalized scale, not absolute search volume or sales.

## Modeled market share and annual revenue

- The proxy uses public laboratory-report incidence from February 1 through July 31,
2026: Finnrick Public receives 50% weight (3,976 eligible mapped unique records),
Freedom Diagnostics receives 25% (32,555), and Kovera Labs receives 25% (5,247).
- Tesamorelin's fixed-weight proxy share is 6.5393609035%, published as 6.54%.
- The annual storefront baseline starts with 47,750,538 estimated visits from May
through July 2026, an accepted-order rate of 0.119778782, an average order value of
$188.518369, and $22.580501 modeled revenue per estimated visit. The three-month
estimate is annualized by four to $4,312,924,284.24, published as $4.313 billion.
- Applying tesamorelin's proxy share to that baseline yields $282,037,684.44,
published as $282.0 million in modeled annual storefront revenue.
- These values are modeled allocations, not audited sales or verified company
revenue. Google Trends receives zero numerical weight in the model.

## Limitations

- The 995-domain panel is a coverage-bounded research panel, not an exhaustive legal
registry of every seller in this market.
- Listed prices are storefront list prices at time of check, not verified transaction
prices, and they can change after the census date.
- Google Trends measures relative public search attention, not confirmed purchases or
  market share.
- Public laboratory-report incidence is a market proxy. It may reflect which sellers
commission and publish testing as well as underlying demand.
- Traffic estimates and PeptidePrices internal order calibration introduce model
uncertainty; the revenue outputs should not be represented as audited totals.
